240309 Diary

Saturday supposed to be my winding down day before closing clinic until next Friday to start Ramadan. But, I had so many referral that I ended up finishing at almost 1.30 pm. Poor Idlan and Anita had to wait for me to finish as they needed a lift from me.

Idlan was at the dentist this morning. Idlan needed four more tooth extracted in order to get his braces done. He had one removed this morning and it took the dentist more than an hour as the root was strong. So, for the next lot, she suggested that we do it under GA, at SJMC. So, we were waiting to fix the date.

As this was the last weekend before Ramadan starts - likely next Tuesday - I decided to have some dim sum for lunch. I had been craving it for some time. So, off we went to Starhill. And the traffic going in was a lot less than we anticipated. But that does not mean the area was not crowded.

After lunch, we had a stroll to Pavilion. I bought some clothes for myself and Irfan. Pavilion was still fixing their Raya decorations and the main foyer was still cordoned off. We did more window shopping before settling in for some coffee and take outs for dinner.

It was a nice, but tiring outing.

United were playing Everton on an early kick-off that evening. We enjoyed some tandoori while watching, and United won by a couple of goals despite playing poorly. We capitalised on the two panellise we were awarded. And by the time the game was over, I was ready to call it the day. Anita had this grand idea of going out for a bicycle ride tomorrow morning. Let's just see how we feel in the morning ...
