240329 Diary
An early start today after my post-sahur nap. I had a talk to deliver at the hospital in conjunction with the World Thrombosis Day. As the event was only scheduled to start at 9 am, I went to the ward first for a quick rounds.
After some introduction from our Vascular Surgeon, Dr Liew Ngoh Chin, I deliver my segment and managed to introduce the MSH VTE app while I was there as well. The Q&A session was good as well. A successful event I must say.
Only after the talk that I finished the rest of my rounds as well as being patients in the Day Care. I managed to return by noon as well. In the afternoon, we brought the recently-repaired C200 to Carson for price evaluation. Apparently, as there was a stamp on the car grant saying that the vehicle was initially tax-exempted, we had to bring the documents back to the Custom Department for some paperwork before we could sell it.
Sounds rather tedious but Anita was determined to sell the 23 year-old car. It was a gift from Abah and he had passed on. She is not keen to have that moment around I feared. Looked like a trip to the Customs next week to get things cleared.
The weather had been searing all day today. And we also missed the late afternoon rain. Although we were at Bangsar Village in the afternoon, we decided against going to Pasar Ramadan as it was too hot. The rest of the evening seemed to be a quiet one.
