240313 Diary

Day 2. And I was still on a break. But I started the day earlier than yesterday, and was done just after 11. But I did not go straight home. I stopped by Sunway Pyramid today.

Anita's phone went kaput last night. She dropped it a few times but did not admit to breaking it though. But it caught up with her and she could only use the small screen yesterday and every time she unfold her phone - she used the Galaxy Fold since the first iteration - the thing went dead.

Her phone is now off warranty anyway, so I decided against sending it in to be fixed. I got a new Fold. It took some time to get it right for her, and by the time we were done, it was time to go out and get some food.

We decided to see what was going on at Bangsar Village, and do some groceries while we were there as well. While we were looking around, my Dad's cousin came from behind and said hello. That was a surprise.

It was supposed to be a rush as I had a meeting at 5. But the meeting was cancelled at the last minute. So, Anita and I ended up going into the Pasar Ramadan at Bangsar. And it was fantastic compared to years back. The selection were good and the prices were not as cutthroat as before. Don't get me wrong, things were still expensive though.

We got everything we wanted. And more. Suffice to say, we struggled to finish everything that evening. While the weather was warm when we were shopping, it turned into a storm the moment we reached home ... that was great timing!
