Super Hot Photowalk

Last weekend, KL had been hit by a heatwave. Since I was not on duty, I went out on the Saturday and was surprised by how humid the condition was. My car temperature sensor hit 41C and with the still air, it felt hotter than that.

Plenty of tourists there during the weekend. And there were also constructions going on.

That did not stop me from taking my camera out. And I felt the heat definitely. From what I gather, the heatwave is going to continue for another month and hopefully things would eased down by Ramadhan. There had hardly been any rain since for the week. The combination of hot weather and dry spells could only mean one thing .... haze!

I came out late in the afternoon, in time to catch the golden hours. I decided to spend it around Dataran Merdeka. Luckily the area had plenty of shaded stops, not to mention a number of shops to enjoy the air conditioning and some ice cold drink.

I will post more pictures later as I made my way on the MRT along Chinatown towards Dataran Merdeka from my parking spot at Bukit Bintang. A nice outing, but a tiring one.
