Another MCO

This morning marks a two-week conditional MCO for the whole of Selangor, KL and Putrajaya. The boys' school had been closed since the beginning of the week. Last night the highway out of KL had been jammed up by dwellers wanting to spend the lockdown period away from town and literally work from their kampung instead.

I am expecting another lull period at work, which coincided with my call this Sunday. That also meant I would be back in PPE if suspected cases turn up. We shall just go with the flow.

The number of patients turning up in hospital had also gone down, with those coming were already in need of attention. Some of my patients on extended follow-up had decided to delay their visits. That did not stop me from having to go to Park City this morning for a clinic.

There would be limits on those gong to shops. There would be no dine-in allowed. Take-out and deliveries were fine. Anita and the boys would be spending the next few days at least cooked up at home. The boys with their online lessons, of course. Even Idlan’s music class wanted to try a virtual lesson, so he would be giving that a go.

As for me, it would also mean no weekend photography walks. Best to spend some time organising my dry cabinet then. We are certainly in for an exciting couple of weeks ahead.
