Back on the Roll

Wearing the cape

The Raya break is now truly over and with the MCO being eased off, the daily routine is slowly coming back to the usual hustle and bustle. The patient load was slowly increasing although there was a new added burden - all new admission warrants COVID testing and while waiting for the results overnight, they would be placed in isolated rooms, and visiting them meant donning full PPE gear.

So, the stable ones, just coming in for routine chemotherapy and other procedure, I just waited for the results to be available before reviewing them. It was just too much to do getting into those gears when at the end of the day, it was more precaution than anything else.

But if it reassures everyone, then I am all for it. Most patients wouldn’t mind but I am not sure for how long ... Anyhow, I am happy that the patient load was increasing and hopefully, things would slowly return to normal.
