The Final Stretch
It is the morning of Pilihanraya Day. I must say that in the middle of town, the feeling was best described as tepid. We went to a couple of rallies, but clearly, the battleground was not here in the middle of Bangsar. It was in the rural areas. Even when I went for a walk around Bukit Bintang yesterday, there was not much in the way of a poster war.
It was raining heavily this morning, but it cleared up nicely. My Mum and Sister had gone out to vote already. I had to settle my ward round before sorting out Idlan, who was excited to vote. It would be his first time. Anita would be heading to Gombak after lunch to do her bit.
I will leave for Keramat as soon as Idlan is done. Hopefully, the weather will stay overcast, and I will not need my umbrella. Good Luck, Malaysia!
