A slow start to the morning, much to do with chelate night I had watching ManYoo last night. At least united won, with a clean sheet, which is a rarity nowadays.

Nonetheless, my mood did not improve with the news of a planned late admission from abroad tonight. I am not terribly keen to see the patient in the middle of the night. Hopefully he will be stable enough overnight.

Lunch today was a surprise. There was a change of menu and they did nasi dagang for lunch! A few years back, they did it for Saturday breakfast. But lunch would have been even better. As a result, I could not resist a nap before the afternoon clinic.

Traffic going home was kind today. Maybe because most businesses were already sending down for the Chinese New Year. Looking forward for some quiet time this weekend ...
