240220 Diary

Idlan was making preparations for his semester which will be starting next week. He went through his courses and now waiting for me to settle the fees and all that. He would probably be commuting from home until after Raya while still keeping his room at the hostel.

As for me, things were slowly chugging on. Busy morning but things soon settled down by the time I was done with clinic. Discharged most of my patients but a few. Day Care remains busy plus the waiting list in the clinic.

I have decided to make changes to my clinic arrangements since I tended to get too many walk-ins. Some of them were not real emergency and should have been netter off booking an appointment rather than clog up my clinic. Yesterday, I ended up with five on the waiting list, while the original idea is not having any for afternoon clinics.

Hopefully, the new arrangements can be ironed out by March.

After lunch, I did a quick rounds before settling into some paperwork. Finished out of my logs and emails. But still, had plenty to look into and discuss for the upcoming MSH meeting. This will be more as the conference drew nearer.
