29th February comes once every four years. So, for those born on this date will definitely be partying the whole day.

As for me, I sat in on a very interesting CME talk from our ENT Surgeon Dr Puravi. It was a talk about Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and their many variants. He went through the tests and manoeuvre we can do to alleviate the symptoms if we have any. I certainly have suffered from that before and it was quite scary!

I have another CME talk to listen to later in the evening. I did it while having dinner on my phone. It was certainly better than having to attend it in person and all the hassle and traffic involved.
