A Star Wars Xmas

I was confused as I stepped into Pavilion last weekend. I was expecting some Xmas decorations, but instead, I got a straight-in-your-face Star Wars advertisement. You could not miss the near life-size Millenium Falcon sitting in the middle of the foyer.

Rise of Skywalker was close to being premiered on 19th December 2019. For those Star Wars aficionados, they wound point out the lightsabers and other Easter eggs on display. But, there was not much else, unfortunately. Around the build, there were memorabilia and toys on display. I was not clear if there would be events during the premier itself. No Chewbacca wound not be making an appearance ...

The display was definitely not traditional as far as Xmas decorations were concerned. The area by the Bukit Bintang entrance and fountain had a different theme to them. The huge Iron-Man statue would not have gone well with the Star Wars theme, I thought ...
