A Family Gathering
Last Sunday, my family gathered to offer prayers and remembrance for Arwah Ba. Half of his siblings came, some all the way from Penang. The day started off with recital of Yasin with the neighbours before we had a nice lunch. Almost 200 people attended despite the hot weather.
The main attraction had to be this “kambing golek”
Not forgetting this delightful laksa …
And the food were lovely! Not just family, a few of my friends came along as well.

It was an opportunity to meet just before Ramadhan. My made made sure everybody felt welcomed. Lucky that we decided to have the feast as an early lunch since rain came heavily late afternoon.
