Taking the Plunge

After a couple of iterations using a smaller main phone, I decided to back to the days when it was all big. Something about the screen of the 12 Pro Max than drew me in although my initial plan was to purchase the Pro.

And then I discovered the camera. It was amazing. Although my favourite cameraphone remains the Huawei 9 Pro from almost five years back with its amazing monochrome sensor and Leica lens, this came close.

I have yet to try the video feature.

As far as the other features were concerned, they were almost gimmicky to me. Let the phone brew for another month or so, and I am sure after a couple of photowalks, I would be in a better position to give my thoughts on the camera.
