Sunny Sunday Call

Typical! It’s nice and sunny when I was getting out for my calls!

I must have been cursed! Every time I had to do a Sunday call, the weather tended to be gorgeous, in sharp contrast when I have a Sunday off when it will be inevitably gloomy.

And today, the curse strikes again. When I woke up this morning, the sunrise was gorgeous. And I could not help having my breakfast outside at the balcony. At least the MCO was still in force. Otherwise, I would have indeed brought my camera out for a bit of street shooting. Who could resist this kind of light?

Time to head out for lunch

The traffic to the hospital was a quiet one. And there were no calls well after I settled for my post-lunch nap. Rather than driving home, I decided to stay at the Lounge until dinner, so that when I get home later, I could just shower for the evening. Then leave for an evening round after dinner, and have another shower when I return home at midnight.

The timing for my call this time around was a bad one. Super Bowl will kick off at 7.30 am tomorrow, just as I would be heading out for my morning rounds! Since I have cancelled my clinic, I only had a morning rounds, a few patients to see in daycare, and a procedure before lunch. I will be surely keeping an eye on the game as I can stream it on my iPad. So, I am hoping for an uninterrupted night later ...
