240302 Diary

This was to be a full Saturday. Started off with a planned video shoot before I started my ward round. Quite a slow pace before breaking for lunch. After some paperwork in clinic, I made my way to Royale Chulan Damansara to deliver a talk later that afternoon.

I could have had lunch at the venue but I would rather get some work done instead as my talk would be the last one for the day at 4.45 pm.

I initially thought that the talk would be at Royale Chulan at The Curve. Both hotels were within walking distance actually. Luckily, I received a message for the venue before lunch. Despite being the final lecture, the turn-out was actually great.

Idlan was planning to have his braces fitted and had an appointment at SJMC that afternoon. It turned out that Anita was also at SJMC still when I finished the talk. I need up picking them up on my way back home, reaching Bangsar before the heaven opened.

As we planned to watch Dune Part 2 tomorrow, we decided to catch up on Part 1. We were almost done when the boys came to tell me that the power in their rooms were out. After checking, half of the house had a blackout and it came from the fusebox for the whole floor. We called TNB and is still waiting for their technician to come over, and it was already close to midnight ...
