Kopitiam Life
One thing I noticed in JB was the many restaurants they had there. And they all do fresh cooking and a large selection from the menu.
We spent a couple of mornings in JB and on both occasion we went to a different restaurants, selling cooking different variety of food. First, it was Malay - and they sell everything, including mee kuah for breakfast. The second morning was a traditional Chinese kopitiam. They also had a full menu for breakfast.
In conclusion, food was easy to get in JB. You can get it everywhere with a wide selection, not like in KL where breakfast in restaurants meant either a roadside stall or a modern cafe. I prefer kopitiam ....
