TTDI Park

We decided to take a different route. This time we took a detour to TTDI Park, as a couple of weeks ago, Anita went there with her friend. That being a workday morning meant hardly any people or traffic.

However, the story was different on a Sunday morning. The place was packed. And the walk from the car park to the park entrance in itself was a work-out!

However, it turned out to be a lovely morning, and many families with their children took the weekend to have a picnic. Some were even seen fishing! Any excuse to be out and about after the lockdown, I guess.

There was also an open aerobic class, with a loudspeaker and all! A group of almost 50 joined in for a class that lasted nearly an hour. Too crowded for my liking, and we were there mainly for the walk and trekking.

We took a route around the lake, climbing a small hill as we walked on the far side. There were three layers to the climb, taking the top one, the route took us across a swing bridge. Quite a sight!

We ended up doing a couple of rounds before settling in for some tosey as I made my way to the hospital for my Sunday Morning round. If only the parking adventure was not as bad, we would have been here more often.
