Gong Xi Fa Chai

As usual, the hospital tended to be quieter during the Chinese New Year week. I also tended to be on call during this period. But since I stopped doing the Medical calls, this year would be a freer time for me during the festivities.

I still did my ward round, but I got to spend most of the time in between at home, watching TV and just chilling. The City was packed, however. We managed to grab some meals here and there but did not spend much time in the malls or parks.

The boys were happy as usual, just staying at home. We convinced them to come along with us to Tamarind Square for lunch, and they were impressed. They have never been there before. A nice dinner at Kojo did the trick.

It was a restful couple of days before the busier period, which generally comes in the next few weeks. I better enjoy it while it lasts ...
