Best Cheesecake

It was just a chance stop after my Saturday afternoon clinic. Anita and I were unsure where to go as most places tended to be packed during weekends. Since Coach was doing a pop-up project at APW near our home, Anita thought of stopping there.

We were surprised at how APW had evolved. It used to be half-warehouse and half-bazaar. It was reinventing itself - but more on that in a separate entry.

While walking around, we saw a picture of a scrumptious slice of cheesecake adorning the window of a cafe. And we walked in.

This was the first time we had been to BASK. But it was a great surprise. The cheesecake did not disappoint. I can attest that this must be the best slice of cheesecake I have had in years. Served with cream, it was heavenly. I usually can’t finish a slice in one go, but no problem this time.

I will definitely return, although the only problem with APW was the parking situation. It was limited, especially during weekends or events.
