240223 Diary

Irfan woke up late this morning and was not able to make it for the bus. So, he had to catch his lessons from home today. Idlan on the other hand would be starting his term next week, and needed to get his stuffs together.

Anita followed along to the hospital today for his last physiotherapy session. The pain on her upper back since to be improving although not completely gone. She was not too bothered with it anymore now.

I got a shock the moment I entered my clinic room. My LED lights had fallen to the floor. I suspect that it was due to he condensation overnight when the air-conditioning was switched off. Luckily, the light units were not damaged. The adhesives I used to fasten the lights seemed to have detached from the wall, bringing along a coat of paint from the wall with them.

I decided to get it fixed after I was done with clinic, possible getting more adhesives tonight and get the things mended tomorrow. But luckily, one of the staff from engineering heard about it and came along in the afternoon to help. He offered to screw the lights to the wall, but I think getting the measurements right might be a challenge. We decided to se stronger double-sided adhesive tape instead.

It was fixed quickly after that and hopefully it would work!

I reached home relatively early today. Anita and I decided to have dinner at Mid Valley today and ended up at BBQ Town again. This time around, it was not too crowded. That sure hit the spot!
